The Strategix Certificate II in Health Support Services covers entry level knowledge and skill requirements for those who provide support for the effective functioning of health services. These workers do not provide direct care functions but assist other staff with the care of clients. Delivered in a secondary school environment the Health Support Academy is designed to introduce new workers to the industry. Students will gain skills and knowledge in the following areas:
