The Skilled Careers program provides eligible individuals (who are living or working in SA) with an opportunity to complete qualification/s subsidised by the SA Government. Individuals are required to pay a reduced co-contribution fee to gain access to the government subsidy.

Subsidised training
Skilled Careers students are required to contribute towards the cost of their training. The co-contribution fees may differ for each course of study. Concessional fees are calculated at $0.50 per nominal hour. Non-concession fees start from $150 for Skill Sets / Short Courses, to around $600 per full qualification. Refer to each of the courses below for more information.
Fees may be paid by a third party (ESP, Workforce Australia Provider, Employer) but cannot be waived or paid by Strategix.
Eligibility
You may be eligible for the Skilled Careers funding if you meet all the following requirements:
You live or work in South Australia
You are 16 years of age or older
You are not enrolled at school
You are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, an Australian Permanent resident or an eligible visa holder*
