Lower Fees, Local Skills

Subsidised Nationally Accredited Training

About the training

The WA State Government, through Jobs and Skills WA, subsidises vocational education and training (VET) courses in priority areas, to reduce the fees to make training more accessible to all Western Australians.

Subsidised training

Through the Lower Fees, Local Skills funding, individuals are required to pay a reduced co-contribution fee to gain access to the government subsidy.
