Graduation ceremonies are a great way to be able to recognise your achievements with your closes friends and family who have supported you along the way.
Graduation ceremonies are held each year with email invitations being sent to to eligible students approximately 4 weeks before the ceremony. Invitations include details about how to register your attendance.
All students attending graduation will receive an award commemorating their achievements.
Who
Students who have completed a Cert III or Diploma qualification between 1 October 2017 and 30 September 2018.
Eligible students will receive an invitation to attend via email. These emails will be sent approximately 1 September 2018. To attend, students must complete the online registration form which will be available in the email. The last date to register is the 5th October.

When
Thursday 8 November 2017.
The ceremony commences at 6pm and will conclude by 7:30pm at all venues.
Doors will open at 5:15pm. Graduates need to arrive by 5:45pm to be seated and briefed on the proceedings for the night. Further details are provided in the email invitation.

Cost
The cost for Diploma Graduates is $20.
The cost for Certificate III Graduates is $10.
The charge includes gown hire (Diploma Graduates only) and 2 complimentary guest tickets. Additionguest tickets may be purchased at $10 each (No charge for children under 4).
What to expect
This is a formal event to celebrate your achievements and to wish our graduates well as they pursue further study or career goals. Each attending graduate will receive a limited edition award to recognise their achievements. A professional photographer will also be there to capture your special moment, all photos will be available as a free download.
2019 Graduation ceremonies will be scheduled in October - November. Exact dates yet to be confirmed.
Registrations will open on 1 September 2019.
Certificate III Graduates
Certificate III students will be presented with their award in their own attire. The dress code for the night is smart casual.
Diploma Graduates
Diploma Graduates will be provided with a formal academic gown complete with sash and cap. Students will nominate their size when they complete the online registration form.
Graduates will be fitted with their academic gown upon arrival to the ceremony and will return their gown prior to the conclusion of the evening. There is a small fee that covers the hire and cleaning of the gown which is paid upon registration.
