Graduation
Graduation ceremonies are a unique and exciting experience that you should embrace as part of your study journey. It’s a wonderful way for your achievements to be recognised with your closest friends and family who have supported you along the way.
All students attending graduation will receive an award commemorating their achievements. These awards provided are only available to attendees who attend the graduation ceremonies.Â

The ceremony commences at 6:00pm and will conclude by 8:00pm.
Graduates need to arrive by 5:30pm to be seated and briefed on the proceedings for the night. Further details are provided in the email invitation.

Student tickets
Students who are eligible to attend graduation will be sent an email invitation approximately 2 months before graduation (or as soon as they become eligible – whichever is the latter). If you have not received an invitation but believe you are eligible to attend please contact us before registrations close.
Students must register before registrations close by using the correct online form which will be sent in the email invitation. Students who register by any other means such as a phone call, contacting a trainer or sending an email will not be admitted.
No late registrations can be accepted as this time is needed to prepare the awards for the ceremony.

What to expect
This is an exciting and formal event to celebrate your achievements and to wish our graduates well as they pursue further study and career goals. Each attending graduate will receive a limited edition award to recognise their achievements. A professional photographer will also be there to capture your special moment and all photos will be available as a free download.
The limited edition awards presented on the night are only available to those who attend graduation.
What to wear
Diploma students
Diploma students will be robed in a black gown, hood and motarboard and donned with an Orange sash.
We recommend wearing smart casual attire and comfortable shoes. You may be required to walk up and down some stairs as part of being presented with your award.
The hire and cleaning cost of the gown is included in your graduation ceremony fee.
Students will collect their academic attire upon arrival at the venue and will return them at the conclusion of the ceremony.
Certificate III and IV students
Students who completed a Certificate level III or IV will be presented with their award in their own attire. The dress code for the night is smart casual.
We recommend wearing smart casual attire and suitable shoes. You may be required to walk up a small flight of stairs as part of being presented with your award so please bear that in mind with your shoe selection.

The process and cost for guest tickets will vary depending on the location of the ceremony that you attend.
