    What you will study

  • Learn valuable skills for real hospitality shifts—set up a service area, handle food safely, take orders with a smile, and use POS to process payments. Practise making espresso and non‑alcoholic beverages, carry plates and trays safely, and keep the café clean and guest‑ready. Build teamwork, communication, and time‑management under service pressure so you can walk into a café or restaurant and contribute from day one.
