Frequently Asked
Questions

What documents do I need to enrol?

You'll need to provide a passport, diploma or transcript of records (overseas qualifications), Australian qualification (if any) IELTS, PTE or any other acceptable English proficiency tests in Australia. Our Team will guide you through what's needed.

Are there attendance requirements?

Maintaining satisfactory attendance is vital to ensure students receive satisfactory training and assessment. Students must attend sufficient contact hours to be able to complete the learning and assessment activities and remain enrolled. Additionally, it is also a visa condition for all international students. More information can be found in the Student Handbook

What hours do I need to attend the course?

Our courses typically run from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm on your scheduled days. Specific days may vary depending on the course, so please check your course schedule or contact us on 1300 TRAINING for details.

If I'm not eligible for funding, do you have payment plans?

Yes! If you’re not eligible for government funding, we can arrange flexible payment plans to suit your needs. Weekly or fortnightly options are available to help make the course more affordable. Just speak to our team during the enrolment process to discuss a plan that works for you.

What are the other services offered by the College when I start my course?

We understand that, as a newcomer, students may need assistance to adjust easily to studies and life in Australia.

Strategix offers services such as counselling, academic support, orientation program, vocational placement arrangements, accommodation, tax file number, USI, banking, and administration support to ease your adjustment in Australia.

Do you have an accredited agent to help me process my enrolment and visa application to Australia?

We encourage our potential students to seek the professional service of seasoned education/migration agents to facilitate their enrolment with us and lodge their student visa to Australia. Please find the list of our accredited agents.

Can I work while I am studying at your College?

Student visa holders in Australia are eligible to work for up to 48 hours per fortnight during term time and full-time during holidays. It is important to check your visa conditions to ensure you are meeting its requirements.
