The Strategix Certificate II in Hospitality covers the knowledge and skill requirements for those looking to get into work in the Hospitality industries. Delivered in a secondary school environment. Students will gain skills and knowledge in the following areas:

Table service of food and beverage
Preparing and serving espresso coffee
Providing responsible service of alcohol
Providing responsible gambling services
Working with and coaching others
Cleaning equipment and premises
