Federal Employer incentives are provided to:
- Encourage and promote opportunities for skills-based training and the development of employees by providing incentives to employers
- Encourage people to enter into skills-based training through an Australian Apprenticeship
You are eligible for Federal Government Employer incentives if:
- You employ a new worker who undertakes a funded nationally recognised training program
- The new worker enters into a training contract for a qualification within 3 months of commencement of full time employment or 12 months of entering into part time employment
