Across FBP20122 and TLI20421, you’ll learn how safe, high‑quality food products are made and how they move through warehouses and transport networks to customers.     What you will study

    Learn valuable skills to work safely and confidently in real workplaces—master food hygiene, basic batching and packing, quality checks, and lab cleaning, then step into the warehouse to scan, pick, pack, and prepare dispatch with accurate paperwork. Build teamwork, communication, and time‑management while using PPE and following SOPs, so you graduate Year 12 ready for entry‑level roles or traineeships in food production and supply chain.

    • USI (Unique Student Identifier) — a free, 10‑character ID for all VET students. Create or find yours at usi.gov.au before enrolment. Use your legal name and a valid ID (e.g., Medicare card, passport, birth certificate). Keep it safe—you’ll need it to access statements of attainment and certificates.
