Course Overview
Our Introduction to Logistics – Forklift Skill Set gives you the perfect balance of practical, hands-on experience and nationally recognised training. Across five action-packed days, you’ll learn how to safely operate forklifts, check and assess equipment, and handle materials with confidence — all while building the real-world skills employers are looking for.
By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to take on a wide range of roles in warehousing, transport, and logistics, with the opportunity to earn your LF Forklift Licence upon successful assessment. Whether you’re starting fresh or looking to upskill, this course is your gateway to a rewarding and in-demand career.
The three nationally accredited subjects included in this course are:
1. TLILIC0003 - LIcence to operate a Forklift
2. TLIB2001 - Check and assess operational capabilities and equipment
3. TLID0020 - Shift Materials using manual handling methods

If you would like to have this course fully funded you can check your eligibility and get a quote by completing this form. You will provide the quote to the Department when applying for funding, the Department will then assess your eligibility. If you're approved, all fees on the quote will be paid directly by the Department. If you're not approved for funding there's no requirement to pay for or commit to the course.
